What You'll Do
- As the Spareparts Manager, you will oversee the sourcing and purchasing of spareparts, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely delivery to clients. You will also collaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand demand forecasts and customer requirements, optimizing the spareparts supply chain for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Additionally, you will stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements to make informed decisions that contribute to the company's strategic goals and long-term success.
Who You Are
- We are seeking a candidate with a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in spareparts management within the aerospace, maritime, or defense sectors. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
